1. Establishing a professional ties among the contractors in African countries for developing the contracting sector in all technical, economic, human and administrative levels.
2. Promoting the contracting profession in fields of building and public works, to realize highest level of quality.
3. Supporting African contractor to enable him to achieve high level at professional responsibility for all sectors of construction in Africa.
4. Defending legal material or moral rights of African contractor.
5. Calling for establishing group of contractors in the African countries at general or private and partnership levels for execution of building projects.
6. Finding a mechanism that gives competitive advantage for African contractor when participating in a tender in African countries.
7.  Establishing contacting and cooperation channels with other groups of contractors all over the world.
8. Establishing network aiming at arranging and connecting unions of African contractors in various African countries, and effective data base, and establishing "consortium" able to acquire the great projects.
